The Event
On Saturday, August 17, join us for a special evening at Paumanok while getting your hands messy digging into NOLA-style seafood from Chef David Hersch of Rooted Hospitality (Cowfish, Fauna, Flora, Fauna). As the sun sets, sip on our wines and take in the vineyard view as you feast on the freshest, most delicious seafood. The event will kick off with a cocktail hour at 6 pm with Seafood Boil to follow.
Grab a glass of Paumanok wine while you enjoy a locally inspired raw bar filled with freshly shucked clams and oysters. Then be swept away to a Nawlins-style dinner featuring a table filled with lobster tails, shrimp, mussels, baby potatoes, Andouille sausage, and local corn.
Our vineyard’s picturesque setting provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and intimate evening with friends, family, and fellow seafood lovers. Don’t miss being a part of this summer celebration filled with wonderful seafood and great wine!
